Projects

UX has given me the opportunity to do various projects from creating a concept for new products to developing them. This involved a wide range of smaller applications, larger ones for logistics, community websites with complex maps, and very complex administrative software. With adjustments and improvements to digital products, we were able to help customers achieve their goals in ideal ways.
02

Process

The UX process begins at a different point depending on the prerequisites and development stage of a product. In the case of new concepts, projects began through a classic design thinking process with an insightful user research phase. Optimizations usually follow an analysis including an expert review. Projects where we test concepts or see if ideas should be realized can be extremely efficient through a Design Sprint. In this process, a prototype is tested within the workshop week.
03

Results

Projects that open up to the UX process are usually always more successful or deliver valuable results to adapt and optimize their own strategies. A Design Sprint saves months of costs that would have been incurred by a delayed and parallel development process.
Smaller adjustments to increase the products usability sometimes had an immense impact. And larger product optimizations generated scalability and measurability right at the beginning of the lifecycle.
